It is the RPM-005, MM location is correct. Good find, soak it in pure Acetone for a while.

Die chips on column. Often used as a marker, but common on this design. Exact locations need to match. But these are progressive. It may be larger or smaller. Depending on when your coin was struck. Before or after a posted die state on a site.
