Might be a bit of rub, hard to say. Certainly no less than AU-58.

First,

I agree with the upthread comments. There appears to be a very slight halo effect around the central devices, suggesting light circulation. With the coin in hand, you have a better opportunity to tilt it under natural light and judge the luster. Solid AU-58, possibly MS-62 if there isn't evidence of circulation.

Thanks the for the welcome! And thanks for all the help and tips on grading this coin; it was a tougher one for me to evaluate. @fortcollins: when looking at that area under natural light, as you suggest, I think you are spot on in terms of there being evidence of light circulation.
