No experience here, but I'll say VF-30 and choice for grade.

I see it more as a weak strike than a coin with wear.
I'd call it at least XF.

It's a PC-2B, copper one penny token, nice one and, I agree with kanga that it has a weak strike on the obverse, EF or so.

Grade F-15 seems fair to me. But this token looks strange, like it's been "Whizzed".
I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect... I'm learning a little more every day.
