Hello,
I have a Sacagawea coin that is only stamped on the Tail side. Tue Head side is blank. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The terminology we use is "minted" not stamped.

You would need a precise weight to tell. There is such a thing as a uniface (one sided) coin produced when two coin planchets are fed ontop of each other into the coin dies at the same time. However it is also possible as other have said that the one side of the coin was sanded down by someone, thus being merely post mint damage of no premium value. The first thing to do would be to get an accurate weight of the coin.
