We've lost half an O. Lam issue or struck through? I don't think it PMD but of course I can be convinced otherwise! Thanks gang!

I'm also leaning away from damage because I don't see a corresponding area of flattening on the obverse. My vote is for struck through on this one.

Here is an overlay to see where the target area would show on the obverse if it were damage:

So it maybe a struck through error, that fell off later in life. 'PLU' area would be affected on the overlay of the reverse/obverse of the coins view. If this is a struck through the coin will be a tad less lighter than normal.
