coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/21/2020 10:48 pm Here is an overlay to see where the target area would show on the obverse if it were damage: So it maybe a struck through error, that fell off later in life. 'PLU' area would be affected on the overlay of the reverse/obverse of the coins view. If this is a struck through the coin will be a tad less lighter than normal.
