Hello I was wondering if this is doubling in the date, and also it looks like there is something on his chin and his nose has something else, thank you for your help, and could just be a normal penny

I agree, but it does appear as a DDO from the date, possibly also a worn die

Have you by chance matched up any die markers that make you think it could be a DDO?
