Is this worth sending off to TPG? Guessing it needs to be around 67 to justify grading. Thanks for any comments or opinions

I'll say 64RB, long shot RD. Light flecking detracts a bit.

Thanks coinfrog. Does in God look double struck to you. I read somewhere that when you see it looks like that its double struck. Letters God look slanted

Weak MS64. Your photo gives one the impression the coin is in a slab. Perhaps not.

Thanks badthad. Didn't know if the toning would help override some of the condition issues. These are older photos but show the toning better
