It's Very Possible That This Is A Double Die Penny Although I Have Never Seen This In A 1992 Penny Before And The Heavy Doubling Seems To Be Restricted To The Denver Mint Mark. There Is Some Minor Doubling On The T In Cent And The Right Edge Of The Memorial Although It Looks Like In Several Places There Seems To Be Some Excess Metal Throughout The Coin

Nope. It is just Die Deterioration on the outside edges on the fields of the devices. Also some devices are showing split plating. Some Machine Doubling or contact on the tops of the reverse lower devices. Time is now counting down for this coin because of the split plating. It is a spender.

with coop. Die Deterioration and some Machine Doubling, both very common. A spender.
