At least no respectable TPG would put it in a PL holder. I'm at MS61 but without the coin in hand first, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole or unless I knew the seller well and had a lock return guarantee. This is a coin that is easily a slider AU/UNC and needs to be seen in hand by someone that knows dollars and current grading tolerances at the 3 top TPGs IMO.
