What can be the precise category for this mint mark?(I know, it might turn out to be a "Parking Lot Damage" but deep in my heart I am hoping in something better!)

Looks like a slight bit of Machine Doubling on the lowest point (left side) and a large bit of PMD (post mint damage) on the highest point of the mm...keep looking, good luck
