Is My Coin Doubled Die? Does It Increase Value If It Is 1962 Dime

Titles are Important! * It looks like this 1962 uncirculated Roosevelt dime is Double Died but I don't know for sure. If it is in fact DD does it increase the value at all? Note both side of the first image, are showing die wear and MD on both sides on the same devices. If this were a doubled die, the doubling would be on the centers of the devices, not on the outside edges. Look for the spread on the devices in the center.
