Am I crazy, or does this 1919 Lincoln Wheat cent look like a DDO?

First, I apologize, I know the photos aren't great. But with my current setup, they were the best I could do.

As far as the doubling, I believe I'm seeing it in the first "9" and especially in the second "9". Am I crazy?

Well to me it appears as circulation flattening. The devices are showing die wear also and moving towards the rims. But not a doubled die. (Note the die flow lines also on the date area. Showing the die wear.
