I very well understand this can be regarded as a Grease Fill error - but nevertheless it is a rarity . Chk Lincoln Nose.

It looks like Post Strike Damage. It could be a contact mark from the edge of the reeding on another coin.

Post Strike Damage don'nt think so - the error is not evident via naked eye . Had it been PSD it should had affected a greater area . Nor are their any incuse marks . Grease error is my take

I'm thinking post strike damage ( PSD). Too angular to be a grease filled element--my opinion only. PSD has no limit of areal extent--could impact 100% of the coin's faces, or just .01mm Sq. PSD is not limited by size--my opinion only.
