Hello,
I'm not experienced enough yet to know if this is a DDO or PMD. I've researched errors for this date (there are many!)

It does look to me like DDO but if only the E in Liberty is doubled then that makes makes me ponder.

Any opinions are very welcome and I appreciate you taking time to look.
