Can some one help me out. I found this coin only struck on one side. Is this a cool find?

cool find, but the reverse side has been machined, or ground off.

Sorry, but this has been sanded or tooled to remove the back design. People used to do this a lot to make what are called "love tokens." Pics of love tokens can be seen using a search engine.
