Hi I have a 1972 P dime I got out of a collection from a purchase of marketplace. I'm wondering what I should get it graded under section type for ncg or PCGS. Also weather or not you think it's a 68 or 69. And weather or not it's a Class 5 doubling. My assessment was full bands class 5 at a 68+ or 69. It's in emaculate condition it's been in a book since 72 I would assume cause the last year was 72 on the collecting book. Please if you have input I would appreciate I want this to be my first coin graded so I wanna make the right choices. Thank you

@j42, first welcome to CCF. Second, to help estimate the grade of your coin, I think that much clearer pics are needed. For example, you will want to (carefully) remove this coin from the 2x2 as the plastic hinders our ability to see what is going on. With regard to FSB, the current pic appears to show the top bands either slightly worn or perhaps not fully struck. Again better pics would help. Thx.

Hello again yes I know the photos are not the greatest and that top band is decent I believe it's just debris on the flip. I have a photo out of the flip I believe. My camera is crap but I can get better photos. I'm gonna borrow a decent camera. Also thank you so much I really am thankful for a place like this to be here.
