Coating On 1943 Steel Penny? - Coin Community Forum

Rachcakes1032 New Member United States 23 Posts	Posted 04/05/2020 10:49 am Hello- I received this 1943 steel penny and was pretty amazed by the condition. Is there a way that I would be able to tell if this coin was previously cleaned and if there was a clear coating put on it? I tried to take several angle pics to get the almost mirror like look it has. Also has a very nice tone.
