Evidently the contest is off for at least the first two releases. Must not have been getting the attention/press they wanted since it seems like the contest could have still gone forward. They must have someone receiving, recording and securing submissions. The finder did overnight it to PCGS but somehow PCGS didn't tell him the contest was off when he called.
