I'd be interested to hear the opinions on the l in liberty. Also, it's just an odd coin in general.. cant put my finger on it.

The L in liberty is damaged by a coin roller or vending machine

The L in LIBERTY has been mechanically damaged, perhaps by a Gumball Machine. Otherwise, this cent looks pretty much like a circulated Wheat cent to me.

Your coin is just a product of circulation wear and tear .

Thanks y'all. Appreciate the feedback. Looking forward to enjoying my new hobby. Loved learning about shell casings being used to make these and all. Very fun indeed to learn.

A circulation hit shoved the L in Liberty at an angle toward the rim.
