I found several of these quarters with frosty streaks. I don't know if this is a mint error or post mint damage. It doesn't look like water damage to me. Sorry for the picture quality. The first one is the best. What is this? The areas in question are above in God we trust and dollar.

With those pics looks like struck through very thin layer of oil/grease.

Thank you John. I'm having a difficult time trying to photograph what I'm seeing. This particular coin was a minor example. The coins that I have I'd consider to be high grade. I'll probably keep them. If I can get a better pic I will post it.
