found a funny dot inside "o" in one cent

first please no complaints about quality of pictures the coin is very shiny I used all angles possible so bare with me on that

@clvr87, no complaints about the quality of these pics, but it is helpful to orient them all so that we don't need to crane our necks. For this coin, I'm wondering if this circle is raised or sunk below the surface of the coin. Thx.

Sometimes if you use daylight or light from one angle (not overhead) it works to cut the glare on shiny coins. See it that helps.

From what I can see, it looks like zinc rot. Small bubbles op up through the copper plating from the zinc core. Sometimes zinc dust settles before the plating occurs.

@merclover thank you for your response I've checked pictures of zinc rot I find it highly unlikely this penny is well kept but the zinc dust in the plating gives me something to research thank you so much &&&&&&
