Can't quite matct it to anything on Charles site but 1DR-013 comes the closest.

Didn't want to steal a picture off the site, maybe I'm seeing things because of Hallween, but check out Lincoln holding skull in his left hand on image 2004P-1DR-026.

Since it is not a match, it must be a new die. I do have a fiend that has cataloged over 700 extra columns and extra body parts (from Lincoln's statue) starting from the year 1993. Maybe one day some one will put that collection in format for a site.

Hey BJ: I come up with a 1DR-008 on this penny and I have
it on my Dbld Col checklist as RDC-15 Knee-head. I may be wrong about the 1DR part, y'all have it as a 26 or a 13. I
have two of these, I just see his left hand as being in a fist, maybe. I only have 657 catalogued, BJ. I found my first 2008D (no philly's yet) dbld col few days ago. They have really slowed down for me, still searching 300 rolls per month average. Someday, I would put these in a file system.
Good time coming to do this since finds have really slacked up. I have many duplicates now, more than actual finds. Thanks for mentioning me.

It's definitely a doubled die reverse - whether it's listed would be something I would need to see the coin up close to tell. Very similar dies take hands-on study to be sure one way or the other.
