1975 D Nickel Misplaced Mint Mark - Coin Community Forum

Spence Moderator United States 34431 Posts	Posted 04/11/2020 05:45 am @jc76, that is an interesting nickel, but as you may know the mintmarks were applied to the dies by hand in 1976, so their location varies somewhat. The general advice that we give out is that unless the mintmark is touching something else, then there probably isn't a premium over face value.
