No, it's just damage. PSD. Took a really hard hit that pushed the metal in. Just a spender at this point.

Looks like someone used a straight screwdriver and hammered it on that edge of the rim area. Probably trying to create a Cud. Figured out is was not good enough to fool anyone and decided to spend it. You found it. Just a damaged coin.
