No, not an error. It's PMD. Some type of corrosion or melted gunk.

That is damage. Consider going back through the last week or so of posts in this subforum of CCF to better familiarize yourself with what specific mint errors look like. Of course we are happy to see whatever you'd like to post, but it could help with your education process to see what others have posted recently.

It's not even an error. Just corrosion. It's a cull coin.
