NumisMattyUk Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 2217 Posts	Posted 11/01/2008 7:36 pm Kurt - it's from the Mid to Late first century BC and as lee says, it could have been used by the Boudicca herself as this was her tribe (ICENI). The coin is actually quite tiny, I wish I had taken the photo alongside a 5 pence piece now. It's similar to Greek coins like the silver diobols. Report this Post to the Staff
