Difficult to grade from washed out images provided. The coin looks MS.

MS-65 would not surprise me.

It has great cartwheel luster. The only significant hits are the small scratch on the cheek and the couple small dings on the lower cheek. Other than that fairly pristine. It's at least 64 but was curious if it makes 65.
