Details ...... it looks to be cleaned, perhaps polished, and for the life of me I can't figure out what all the pock marks are, but they certainly damage the coin and reduce it to XF/AU details.

AU details. The pock marks are probably from environmental damage before it was cleaned/polished.

I'd bet that if you had a video of this coin tilting up and down there would not be any cartwheel present thus keeping it to a 50 details for me.

Because of the nature of silver's resistance to acquire indentations/etches (except for removable tarnish for the most part) from oxidizing chemicals, they may be a result of something mechanical in nature etc.
