Reverse might bump it up to 64, however she has a lot of chatter on her skin (face and neck) So 63 sounds right

A lot of chatter, breast feathers weak and appears the right wing tip is worn some? Without better pics, I'd be hard pressed to call it a 60. But I could be wrong, been a couple months since I looked hard at coins, life's been crazy. IMHO
