This is the nicest Barber Half that I have.
I am torn between VF-35 and XF-40.
What do you think?

If I were bidding on this, and going by photo grade standards, it appears more of a VF-25. The hair line/olive branch detail between the curl and eye, the right tip wing separation. These are my observations. A very, very nice Barber indeed!

VF-25 sounds right, possibly VF-30. Very attractive.
Rest in Peace

OK gang! I was being ambitious. It's a very nice VF-30.
I do have a complete collection of these halves in so-so condition
but VERY few are worthy to be posted here. I have had much more experience
with the dimes and I used the same standards for the half. OOPS!
Thank you all for your opinions.
