Did over dates ever occur with this series? The reason I ask is because the 9 in the date sure looks it, but it looks like it's repunched over an 8, do any others know if this could be the case?
As for grade, at least an EX-45, could be higher depending on lustre.

Thank You all for the info on Grade and the RPD. I just got this Coin in-hand. There appears to be a clash in front of the neck and behind the neck. With what appears to be letters clashed across the neck. If I'm able to capture a decent image of this I will post a photo or two.

I would say a solid AU-55 with a nice RPD! This is a tough date to find in MS, and the strike is usually weak, so this is a great lightly-circulated example.
