Hey everyone! Thank you for being so welcoming. I am new to coin collection and I am really interested in starting my collection with a Marcus Aurelius coin. I found this one online and really love the detail. Have any of you had experience with Aeternitas Numismatics? I really like their website and selection and seem legitimate. Here is a coin that they have listed. In the description, it reads "Very good denarius, in EF-/VF+ condition, conserving complete details in both sides at age 43. Bold reliefs." What does this age 43 mean? What do you guys think of the coin pictured here?

Thanks for your help!

Aurelius was awarded the office of Tribune for the 18th time (e.g. TR P XVIII) in AD 165 when he was about 43 years of age.

The coin looks genuine and they have a Vcoins store. I trust the sellers on that site.
