This penny has a minor DD of Lincoln on the steps when I noticed this. Any ideas?

It appears to be raised.
IMO it's too linear for a die crack.
I would guess the die either got scratched or damaged by a strike-through.
Either way, a nice Mint error.

A minor column bar DDR and maybe a scratch? You definitely have a DDR for sure.
