XF45 details. all the surfaces are flat and have the same dull look. I think it was cleaned

EF45 to me as well, likely cleaned - still market acceptable in appearance.

still looks cleaned to me. I'm thinking something like verdicare so it probably would grade straight since there are no obvious signs of surface disturbances

Solid EF-45, original, bit of a soft strike (not unusual). Your price is right in the ballpark. Decent coin for the money.

Nice original looking EF-45. Sellers photos did make it looked cleaned.
