I have a silver certificate with serial numbers: 13231323. Aside from being a "repeater", exactly what else might be going on here? Say, if I were placing an ad to interest a potential buyer, what EXACTLY would best categorize any and ALL attributes of this number combination?.........thanks!

I don't know that else you could call it except maybe a "fancy repeater".

11231123 would be a Fibonacci repeater. 1323 is an "angel number" according to a quick Google search, so maybe you have a "double angel"? -just being creative ;)
