Double strike in the collar that flipped between strikes. Even regular double strikes in the collar are very rare and carry a significant premium, so I would think this one would be quite valuable. Definitely don't touch the faces of the coin. Hold it as little as possible, and only by the edges with clean fingers. Also, whatever you do, don't attempt to clean or polish it in any way except soaking in 100% acetone from the hardware store (not nail polish remover).

Worth at least a Grand if you try to sell it. BUT as a collector I would advise to keep it.

Struck thru of a flipped coin die cap. One of the coins stuck on the hammer die fell off, flipped over and struck again then ejected. I'm guessing there is a technical name. Mike Diamond would know. Forgot the name, been too long ago.
