At first I was hesitant that it may be too early a die stage to qualify for 1H but after checking the SSDC population there are images of a VSS certified 1H that are the same as your example.. It did seem like the die cracks were not quite as advanced as the example on VW. I'm not sure if that helps or hurts value though. Just FYI - It was graded MS61 by NGC. Thanks to all.
