1958-D Jefferson Nickel New Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or Simple MD?

QuarterHoarder72 Pillar of the Community United States 2156 Posts	Posted 04/23/2020 1:54 pm I found this coin while hunting, and I saw the doubling on the eye. Usually I would toss it back as Machine Doubling, but I couldn't see any other devices affected by the MD. It also looks different, but I'm most likely wrong. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/23/2020 8:44 pm Very slight Machine Doubling. Note the corner of the mouth: You can see striation lines on that area. Striation lines are caused by die movement, leaving these as it calling card. Report this Post to the Staff
