1999 Canadian Quarter Train with Extra Material at the front of Train. Normally is just a single line but this one looks different than the normal Image.

Not the best pictures, but was curious if this is a mint error and what caused it.

I confirme this is a Die Chip. Quite common on the Millenium Series. Many quarters of 1999 & 2000 have this kind of error.

Just for your reference, this is probably one of the largest Die Chip coming from the Millenium Series.

I was gonna say die chip, similar to the extra haystack die chip that I posted before...but my namesake SP67 beat me to it!
