Shoulder and jaw show a fair amount of contact marks, along with what looks like some foreign substance.

I'm thinking MS63. The spotting on obverse and reverse isn't helping. Wonder if there's a die crack working on the obverse--top of the ear, running down to where the back of the neck meets hairline.

In terms of surfaces, MS-65 RD but the spotting is distracting enough that I'd drop it a full point to MS-64. I can see MS-63+ too but I think that may be a touch too harsh given the booming luster.

MS-65RD, but poor eye appeal due to the spots.
