Nice AU ,a couple of obverse scratches but my concern with this coin is what's with the chewed up rims on both sides of this nice looking Barber Half .

MS-63. The long scratch across the back of the head is a bit distracting, but the lovely toning more than makes up for it. Not sure what's going on with the rims.

It has a few rim dings, and a small ding n the chin of Lib.

NGC must have seen a tiny amount of wear on the high points under the patina, which is difficult for us to see under the plastic of the slab.

The other difficulty is we don't have the advantage of examining it in hand.

Because of this, I suppose that the opinions expressed here, ranging from 58 to 64, shouldn't be too surprising.

It is a very nice coin, anyway.

You missed the reveal by @Steelers72 above, it's an NGC AU58 star.
