sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21788 Posts	Posted 05/02/2020 06:21 am It has a few rim dings, and a small ding n the chin of Lib. NGC must have seen a tiny amount of wear on the high points under the patina, which is difficult for us to see under the plastic of the slab. The other difficulty is we don't have the advantage of examining it in hand. Because of this, I suppose that the opinions expressed here, ranging from 58 to 64, shouldn't be too surprising.
