Picture clarity is not that good therefore I think 30 or 35.

It's a Cohen-3 (C-3), Rarity 1.
I agree with johnjkedel grading.

Die State either 3.0 or 4.0.

You did well with the price; it's about $20 lower than catalog.

VF details. IGE as the coloration on both sides under the toning has that rainbow effect associated with a cleaning albeit a while ago
