Has some distracting scratches on the obverse. I've read about where people take a coin out of a flip with the staple still attached and drag the staple across the coin. That's a shame and stupid. I don't know if that's what happened here, but possibly.

So what do you think?

AU-58, what looks to be a large die crack on the right obverse. Interesting coin.

I don't see any VAM attribution for it, that leads me to believe it's PMD

I think die breaks will get a VAM attribution, but not die cracks since they are so common. OP - is is raised or recessed? You should be able to check with a magnifier.
