To CCF! I think that this is more of an issue with your lighting source.
Errers and Varietys.

Thanks for the welcome and help. If I can never make it in on time and get everything lined up I'm going to try and take a better picture but I have this one in a 1977 that is similar and from what I've read even though it may appear to have to numbers or letters on top of each other it may not be double die so the more experienced help definitely appreciated

Once I read your comments about the lighting and angle and all I went back and retook the picture and pretty much saw for myself that it doesn't look to be a DDO but I'll post the picture anyway

Yes those cents were stricken very poorly. Caused a lot of the devices to be overly large.

Well it is never a waste of time posting. When your images improve, then you make progress in getting better images. (got to look at the positives)

The multiple lines on the date and and motto devices seems to my untrained eye to be something. I've also seen it on some of the coins I'm looking at. I am pretty confused about this topic myself. So if the machine did it, it's not considered an error in the coin?

Note on the first images on Liberty, we see the rise on the left side of the devices? On the second set of Liberty, we see the rise on the right side of the devices? So over polishing of Liberty has reduced the edges on those devices. So depending on which direction the light is coming, it shows the rise on these devices. So the dies are showing abrasions all around on those devices. Not a DDO, not Machine Doubling, but die abrasion is what we are seeing. (See your new images were helpful)
