Note the devices closer to the rim are thinner. So the die was polished, removing the fields a bit, reducing the height of these devices. As the die continues to age the Ridge Ring will increase, reducing the size of the 'LI' even more when this happens. Not a keeper coin. The value is knowing what you are seeing.
