1984 D Lincoln Memorial Cent Mint Error - Double Struck W/ Indent

Paid $27 for this one which seemed a tad low for what it is. First it is on a Denver coin, which I don't see nearly as often, and shows a date on each strike also more rare.

So what I'm seeing is a second strike with a planchet stuck partly under it creating a three-layer thingy on the reverse (first strike/second strike/indent). It has a lot of toning going on, which is okay with me, and in general displays pretty well.

That's a great piece! I'm going to go out on a limb and say it is a double struck, second strike off center with a reverse indent.
