New Variety? 1964 D 25c With Snake From Beak

It seems like this is a die crack or extra metal that makes it appear that the Eagle found dinner. At first I thought this was part of the design. Has anyone else seen this in their 1964 D 25C or 1965 D 25C ? Report this Post to the Staff
