John1, Thanks for your response but I still feel this may be mint error. The pictures do not show as clear as I wish they would. You can see the LI in Liberty where the metal is missing on Obverse, and on reverse , it looks as if the. Missing metal is at the top covering the design strike. I have tried to adjust contrast ,etc to show more. Any additional thoughts?

Thank you guys for responding. A little discouraging, but I'll submit my others and hopefully I have something good eventually.

Don't worry, I was in your shoes 2 years ago. Trust me it took a good long while before I found an actual error. Here's a good site for both common and rare errors: http://cuds-on-coins.com/

Of course, there is so much to learn when it comes to coin errors, I'm not even close to knowing every error there is, in 10 years I won't be even close.
Take your time, read and visit websites, educate yourself, and continue to post questions and coins on here, even if you feel like you'll be told they're not errors. When I first started, I made a good 100 posts that I thought were errors, and in reality weren't.
This hobby takes a lot of time and learning, don't give up, time is key.
