The reverse is nice but the obverse has many small marks. Luster is lacking on both sides, no mint frost so either over dipped or mild cleaning. MS-61 is best I could see on this one.

I'd say MS-62. Lots of obverse contact marks, but no apparent wear.

It doesn't appear to have wear so I'll go with MS also, but no more than a MS63.
