Found this today on accident looking for a 1970 S small date which strongly appears to be S/S(east)/S(more east)/S(so.ea)
Would like to get a few others opinions.

How about photos of the whole coin, both sides, and a not blurry close-up of the date (without drawings). We can't tell anything from what you have given us here.

@dtc, the vast majority of RPMs that I have seen have much more overlap between the mintmarks. I'm not saying that what you are describing is impossible, but I think maybe highly improbable.

Just stains. When the punch is used on the fields, it makes an incuse area on the dies, raised areas on the coins. Those areas aren't raised. Just discoloration on the fields.
